'Odyssey' Comes to Rest at Park

Stamford Mayor Michael Pavia dedicated “Sea Odyssey,” a sculpture by the late Stamford artist Reuben Nakian , Sunday afternoon. The artwork graces the grounds of Heritage Park, which is adjacent to the refurbished Old Town Hall . An acclaimed sculptor, Nakian completed “Sea Odyssey” in 1984, two years before his death. The work is owned by New York collectors Margot and C. Leonard Gordon. It is on long-term loan to the city. Photos by Laura Buckman.
