The 5:19 p.m. train to Wassaic, N.Y., jumped the tracks as it was leaving the platform at Grand Central Terminal. There were no injuries, and all passengers were able to evacuate.

But the disabled train caused headaches and delays as Metro-North scrambled to reshuffle trains and tracks in order to get passengers home, ABC New York said.

Authorities are still investigating the incident to determine a cause, ABC New York said.
