The judge said that the alleged deception wasn't implausible by law and that a jury should decide the issue, according to the Times. The plaintiffs also asserted that in 2009, the company starting using pitchers with "fill to" lines that resulted in a lower volume.
And this isn't Starbucks' only current class-action suit. A woman in Chicago filed a suit this spring, alleging that Starbucks was over-icing drinks, the Times reported.
