Drawbridge Malfunction Delays Metro-North Trains In South Norwalk

Noon update: FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Metro-North reported that all trains were running on or close to schedule by noon Tuesday. 

Original story: FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- New Haven Line train service was temporarily delayed at about 11 a.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of South Norwalk due to a drawbridge malfunction, Metro-North announced on its website and Twitter.

The trains were delayed about 10 minutes, Metro-North said. Train riders should listen for announcements at their stations.
