- Citizen Bank in Glenbrook was robbed of about $4,900 by a woman Monday morning. The suspect, who has not yet been found, stands about 5-foot-3, and weighs 200 pounds.
- Gov. Dannel Malloy swung by the Stamford Museum & Nature Center Tuesday afternoon as part of his Tourism Tour.
- Police arrested a second suspect, Anthony McCoy, 24, of Stamford in a stabbing at Bradford's Grill & Tavern last month. They are looking for the third suspect, Stephen "Seagull" Barnes.
- Officer Seth O'Brien has been named Police Officer of the Year by Stamford Police. O'Brien works the midnight shift with his K-9 partner, Cooper.
- The state's Department of Transportation announced that it is negotiating with Stamford Manhattan Development Ventures on a $500 million construction project to revamp the Transportation Center and the area around it.
- Police are looking for Michael "Murdah" McFarlane who is a suspect in a shooting case and a pistol whipping, and a person of interest in a third. The 20-year-old Stamford resident is 5-foot-11, 150 pounds.
