NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- The after-work commute on I-95 was marked by heavy delays and stopped traffic on the southbound side after a crash involving two vehicles and two jackknifed tractor-trailers Tuesday.

The crash occurred around 4:45 p.m. between exits 17 and 16.
