Abranowicz had unrestricted access through all four seasons, and created a record of that cycle in the forest.

The images capture both the strength and fragility of the gorge, showing the many sides and seasons of a rare and ancient place. Published on the 60th anniversary of the Preserve’s founding, all proceeds from the sale of this book will go to support the Mianus River Gorge.
