Thursday Night Talking Pictures at the library will kick off on Sept. 10 at 6 p.m. with a screening of "Web Junkie," a 2013 documentary that focuses on the Chinese government’s classification of “Internet addiction” as a clinical disorder that can be successfully treated at rehabilitation centers across their country. It will be screened in the Main Library's Third Floor Rotary Room.
And Second Saturday Cinema starts on Saturday, Sept. 12 at 2 p.m. with a screening of the 2015 film "Woman in Gold," the true story of an elderly refugee's struggle to recover Gustave Kilmt’s painting of her aunt, “Portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer,” also known as “Woman in Gold." The film will be screened in the Main Library's Third Floor .
All films will be shown at the Main Library, DiMattia Building, Third Floor Auditorium (unless otherwise noted) at Bedford & Broad Streets, Stamford.
