Approximately 300 southern Fairfield County-area residents attended the anniversary gala. The event included entertainment by Festival Wave and Tropical Beat, who provided steel drum trios, a limbo dancer and Egunnoko dancer. There also was a Caribbean-themed menu.
“Since opening our doors in 1999, Edgehill has maintained its commitment to bettering the lives of older adults within the Southern Fairfield County community by providing engaging and educational activities and a continuum of health care options,” said Chris Cilano, executive director at Edgehill. “We look forward to continuing to serve the greater community and meet the needs of a growing senior population.”
Throughout the evening, attendees had the opportunity to sing and dance with the band, and participate in a limbo competition.
