STAMFORD, Conn. -- Young Stamford singing sensation Lucy Scorziello served an ace with her rendition of "America The Beautiful" Tuesday at the U.S. Open in New York.

Scorziello, 12, earned one of 12 spots to sing the classic at the Open. Lucy, a seventh-grader at Rippowam Middle School, was selected after a competitive nationwide audition.
