Stamford Native Jennifer Eve Cipri Launches Book At Ferguson Library

STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Weed Memorial & Hollander Branch of The Ferguson Library will present a special 'Meet the Author' event when it hosts Stamford native and Ferguson staff member Jennifer Even Cipri as she launches her new book.

The special book launch will take place on Thursday, Jan. 22, at 7 p.m. Cipri will discuss her new book, "The Book, the Key, and the Crown (Book One: Secrets of the Emerald Tablet)," and take questions from the audience.

Cipri grew up on the West Side of Stamford. Her father, Remo Cipri, was a painter and sculptor whose work was honored in an exhibit at the Stamford Historical Society in 1999. Her mother, Ethel Cipri, was a poet, humanitarian, and Peace Corps volunteer. She is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College. 

"The Book, the Key and the Crown" is her first novel. A book signing and author reception will follow the presentation. Books will be available for purchase.
