Stamford Lions Club Welcomes New Members

STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Stamford Lions Club recently inducted five new members and honored three members at a recent meeting.

Meryl Aronin, Bennie Jablonski and Sal DeMott were all honored with the Melvin Jones Award, which is given to members who are being recognized for their outstanding contributions to the club. 

The five members inducted into the Lions Club were Marie Johnson, Megan Backes, Jerry Macari, Bill Liberis and Tony Gerardi.

The Stamford Lions Club meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month at Quatro Pazzi on Bedford Street.
