Rekindle the glory days of your sports past or discover your inner athlete by joining an adult league at Chelsea Piers Connecticut this spring. Register as a team with a team captain or an individual “free agent” in sports ranging from co-ed volleyball and indoor soccer to men’s basketball and box lacrosse. Several divisions are available in order to provide a competitive and fun playing experience for all.  Co-ed volleyball offers Pro and Rec divisions depending on level of experience and soccer players can join the Corporate, Co-ed, Open or Over 30 Leagues.  The popular basketball league offers recreational and intermediate divisions.  (Note: Chelsea Piers also offers ice hockey leagues for adults; the spring season is already in progress, but a summer league will start in June.)

Get rid of work week stress during conveniently timed night games. The air-conditioned facility provides a competitive, friendly atmosphere complete with electronic scoreboards and professional referees, while management ensures organization and consistent scheduling of league play.  After the completion of the regular season, the top teams in each league compete in the playoffs for bragging rights and a discount for the following spring season.

The fun doesn’t stop once the games end. Located on the mezzanine level of the complex, the Overlook Bar and Grill has become a popular spot for post-play participants to relax and enjoy casual dining and a full bar with teammates and opponents alike.  League play starts the week of April 7th, with registrations accepted for most leagues through April 22nd. There are plenty of reasons to join so sign up now! Don’t miss your opportunity to be part of the team because at Chelsea Piers Connecticut, there really is something for everyone.   To learn more, visit www.chelseapiers.com/leagues.
