Weed Memorial & Hollander Branch Oct. 1 at 12:30 p.m.: " Wolf Hall" by Hilary Mantel.

The New Yorker Discussion Group Oct. 2, 1-3 p.m . The group will discuss contemporary culture and events based on selected readings from The New Yorker. Diana Loevy, facilitator at the Main Library. Third floor board room, Oct. 7 and 21 from 6-8 p.m. and at the Harry Bennett Branch, Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 1-3 p.m. Registration required. Call 203 351-8292.
