Girl Scouts Opens Camp Registration For Weston's Aspetuck

WESTON, Conn. -- Registration is now open for summer camp at Weston's Camp Aspetuck, operated by the Girl Scouts of Connecticut.

The day camp, open to all school-age girls, offers one- and two-week day camp sessions. The thematic programs include swimming in the pool, arts and crafts, nature exploration, hiking, games and more. Girls also have an opportunity to provide creative input in their own camp experience. Leadership opportunities and special programs are available for older girls. All girls are welcome - Girl Scouts and non-Girl Scouts alike.

Girl Scouts offers bus pickups and drop-offs for Camp Aspectuck in West Redding, Ridgefield, Wilton, Weston, New Canaan, Norwalk, Westport, Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, Norwalk, Easton and Fairfield. 

Camp Aspetuck is located on 16 wooded acres, with nature trails, a raised wetlands walk, swimming pools, a playing field, three rustic A-frame units, a large year-round cabin and an all-purpose lodge.  

If you register now and pay in full before April 1, you will save on the camp fee. Or you can register now, with a small deposit, and have until June 1 to pay the balance.

Girl Scouts of Connecticut has nine day camps and three resident camps across the state.
