The summer day camp is open to kindergartners through 12th grade girls, and is licensed by the state.

Facilities have recently been updated and include two swimming pools, two modern bathrooms and a cooling station for the inevitable dog days of summer.

The Aspetuck program is tailored to all age groups, as younger campers start off by leading songs and playing games while ninth- through 12th-graders can participate in leadership programs.

Other options include horseback riding lessons, swimming lessons and outdoor skills through the program.

The camp also includes Mega Programs – its two-week sessions specializing in certain elements. Mega Adventures focuses on the outdoors, specifically hiking, fire building, and more. Mega Science is about science and engineering, and Mega Sports & Games deals with classic sports and new games.

Bus services are available from the local area as well. Daily transportation is available from Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Redding, Ridgefield, Stamford, Wilton, Weston and Westport.
