Peruvian artisan Elvira Pileggi is selling works she and others created. She'll be stationed in the Government Center lobby through Aug. 7. Available items include vases, jewelry boxes, pot holders, throw rugs and children's sweaters. Based in Harrison, N.Y., Elvira says she's looking to establish a local presence as a Stamford Town Center mall vendor.
