STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Avon Theatre will screen "Drunk Stoned Brilliant Dead: The Story of the National Lampoon" on Dec. 3.

Director Doug Tirola and producer Susan Bedusa will lead a post-film Q&A. Both are Westport natives.

Tickets are free for Carte Blanche members, $7 for members, $9 for students and seniors and $12 for nonmembers. To purchase tickets, visit www.avontheatre.org .

"Drunk Stoned Brilliant Dead" documents the history of the groundbreaking humor magazine and its expansion into radio shows, albums, live stage reviews and blockbuster movies.

The screening begins at 7:30 p.m.
