STAMFORD, Conn. – Stamford is home to a new kosher sushi restaurant called Soosh, CT Bites.com reports.

The establishment at 2701 Summer St. in the Crowne Plaza Hotel serves a variety of Japanese dishes prepared by a Japanese chef, according to the report. It offers items such as vegetable yaki udon noodle, the vegetarian green caterpillar roll and other foods spanning a range of budgets.
