“We are so excited about the success of the first two Greenwich events and cannot wait to premiere in Stamford's vibrant downtown area,” Susie Swirbul, Fairfield County Dishcrawl ambassador, said in an email.

Participants will go to four different restaurants during the night, try specialty dishes and meet the chefs and owners, the Dishcrawl website said. The restaurants have been chosen but will be kept secret to everyone, even ticket holders, until 48 hours before the event.

The events are May 28 and 29, both from 7 to 9:30 p.m. and tickets are $45 each. Click here to purchase your ticket.

Vegetarian options will be available, however, other dietary restrictions may not be accommodated, the website said. People should contact Swirbul if they have specific questions or requests.

Drinks are not included. Individual restaurants may offer specials and pairings, though.

Cancellations are taken only with 48 hours advance notice. The event will be held rain or shine.

Any questions or concerns can be sent to Swirbul by email. You can also follow Dishcrawl of Fairfield County on Twitter and Facebook for updates.
