'30 Rock' Star Tracy Morgan To Bring Comedy Tour To Stamford

STAMFORD, Conn. — Tracy Morgan, a former Saturday Night Live regular and star of 30 Rock, will be taking his stand-up comedy tour to Stamford this September.

“Tracy’s brutal honesty and trademark take-no-prisoners humor keep audiences howling for more and seals his place as one of the most compelling and defining comedians of our time,” a news release from the Stamford Center for the Arts said in describing Morgan’s comedy show.

His other credits include starring in Cop Out, the remake of Death At A Funeral, and Rio. Morgan has earned five NAACP Image Award nominations and an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor for 30 Rock.

He will be taking his “Excuse My French” tour to the Palace Theatre, 61 Atlantic St., Stamford, on Sept. 26 at 8 p.m.

Tickets are on sale now, and cost $27.50 to $67.50. Tickets can be bought online, by phone at 203-325-4466 and in person at the Palace Theatre Box Office.

The box office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
