How to achieve a work-life balance for women will be discussed.

For so many women, especially mothers, finding that balance seems impossible. To make matters more challenging, women are often afraid to ask their boss for flexibility (or, don’t sell it in the right way).

Others have a difficult time returning to the work force after a long hiatus or might be contemplating starting their own business but aren’t quite sure they are the entrepreneurial type.

The event’s founder, Kathryn Sollmann, has created the event, which shows highly-educated (current and returning) professional women how to find flexibility in the workplace.

Her goal is to help women achieve better work-life balance, while still having long-term financial security.

The event includes speakers from leading national organizations, including Ernst & Young, Fidelity Investments, Cigna, Wells Fargo Advisors and more.
