Friday, July 6

“Mirror, Mirror:” 2 p.m. The Ferguson Library will be showing the recent take on the classic tale of “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. ” The movie is rated PG and is 106 minutes long. Ferguson Library, 1 Library Plaza.

Tomorrow Just Started: 9 p.m. The band will be playing at Lucky Break Bar and Grill on Atlantic Street.

Saturday, July 7

STARescue Pet Food Pantry: Noon to 3 p.m. Stamford Animal Rescue will be showcasing several pets in need of homes as well as providing pet food to those in need. The event will take place at the High Ridge Shopping Center.

Sunday, July 8

Pig Roast Fundraiser: 1 p.m. The Stamford Police Association and Darien Police Association will be hosting a pig roast to raise funds for Stamford Police Officer Troy Strauser, who was injured on duty in May. Cost to attend is $40. Piedmont Lounge, 152 Hecker Ave., Darien.

Summer Sunday Evening Concert: 5 p.m. The band Citigrass will be performing. Tickets are $5 for members and $10 for non-members. If you can’t make the evening show, the gardens will host a performance at 10 a.m. as well. Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens, 151 Brookdale Place.
