Monday, March 4

Board of Representatives: 8 p.m. The full board will hold its regular monthly meeting to discuss and decide upon issues facing the city. The meeting will take place in the Legislative Chamber on the fourth floor of the Stamford Government Center, 888 Washington Blvd.

Tuesday, March 5

Cookie Thomas Concert: 6:30 p.m. The Stamford musician will be performing at the Ferguson Library downtown.

Wednesday, March 6

Meet the Chief: 7 to 9 p.m. Police Chief Jonathan Fontneau will be meeting with people from the Bull’s Head/Outer Downtown area at Congregation Agudath Shalom, 301 Strawberry Hill Ave.

Thursday, March 7

Board of Finance, Budget Presentation: 6 p.m. The city’s finance board will learn about the city's operating budget plan. The meeting will take place in the board’s conference room on the fourth floor of the Stamford Government Center.

Friday, March 8

Starry Night Auction: 7 p.m. Head to the Italian Center, 1620 Newfield Ave., to support the Julia A. Stark Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization with its first auction fundraiser. Tickets are $35 each or $65 for a couple. They can be purchased through email.
