Friday, July 12

Meet the Digging Animals: 3:30 p.m. The New Canaan Library will be hosting Animal Show on the Go, which will introduce children to a rabbit, an African bullfrog, a bearded dragon lizard, a Russian tortoise and a hog-nosed snake. The event is designed for kids ages 3 to 10. The library is located at 151 Main St.

Saturday, July 13

SCC Bats For Safety and Education: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Stamford Cricket Club will be holding its third annual charity cricket cup to benefit the Stamford Fire Safety Foundation Fund and Asha For Education. The event will take place Saturday and Sunday in Lione Park, 325 Stillwater Ave.

Sunday, July 14

Sagra Delle Regne of Stamford: 9 a.m. Join Stamford’s Minturnese population celebrate Sagra Delle Regne. The celebration with a procession begins at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Ave., Stamford, followed by Mass at the church at 10:30 a.m. and then a picnic at the Italian Center, 1620 Newfield Ave., Stamford. Reserve a spot at the picnic by calling Tony Rizzi at 203 -912-1122 or 203-323-8603.
