STAMFORD, Conn. — The Crusader Theater Players will bring “Godspell” to life at Stamford’s Trinity Catholic High School this weekend.
The show is based on the book written by John Michael Tebelak, who based it off of the Gospel according to St. Matthew, a news release said.
“Godspell” was described as a “groundbreaking and unique reflection on the life of Jesus, with a message of kindness, tolerance and love,” according to the news release.
The play will run from Thursday through Saturday with three night shows at 7 p.m. and a matinee performance at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Crusader Player’s website or in person at the high school’s office from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
