Stamford Symphony Presents Two Nights Of Spanish Music

STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Stamford Symphony will present a night of Spanish music on two dates, Saturday, March 12, and Sunday, March 13, at the Palace Theatre.

The concert will feature Rachel Lee Priday on the violin.

Music by Rimsky-Korsakov, Lalo, Surinach, and Bizet combine to create an exotic, seductive, and colorful experience that will transport you to Spain. Rachel Lee Priday will present Lalo’s Symphonie espagnole in D minor.

A pre-concert event with Spanish cocktails, tapas and flamenco will begin at 6 p.m. Saturday March 12, in the Upper Lobby of the Palace Theatre.

Spanish tapas and sangria will be catered by Barcelona Restaurant. Yohanna Escamilla will be dancing Flamenco, accompanied by her guitarist. 

The symphony concert will follow at 8 p.m.

Tickets are $100 and includes cocktails, tapas, flamenco and premium concert ticket. Already have a ticket to the concert? $75 per person.
