Married house-painter had sex with underage girl for 8 years, cops say

A married, self-employed house painter is charged with having sex with an underaged girl for eight years.

Edward Millian

Edward Millian, 50, of Fourth Street in Bergenfield is being held on $900,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail after investigators learned of several encounters, the last one on Halloween, said County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli.

Millian faces a host of first-degree crimes, including rape and endangerment after being arrested late Tuesday after questioning at Bergenfield Police headquarters.

An initial court appearance is set for 4 p.m. next Wednesday in Superior Court in Hackensack.
