Road-Raging Woman Accused Of Shooting Driver During Baltimore Dispute: Police

A road rage incident in Baltimore turned bloody when a woman broke out a gun and shot another driver, police say.

Neisha Jackson, 40, has been arrested a week after a 41-year-old woman was shot during an early-morning dispute that carried on for several blocks in Central Baltimore.

At around 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 8, officers on patrol in the 400 block of West Pratt Street heard gunshots, and while investigating, found a 41-year-old woman suffering from a gunshot wound to her lower body.

According to police, the investigation found that Jackson was involved in an incident that began at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and West Mulberry Street with the other woman that continued to the 100 block of South Eutaw Street, where Jackson took out a gun and shot her.

Officials announced on Wednesday that Jackson was arrested in the 3000 block of Waterview Avenue and charged with first- and second-degree murder, as well as assault.

No details about her initial court appearance were released.
