Overnight Bridge Work On I-95 Northbound In Stamford Begins Sunday

STAMFORD/DARIEN, Conn. – Nighttime repairs on three bridges in Stamford and Darien will begin Sunday on I-95 northbound and continue over the next month, the Connecticut Department of Transportation announced.

Drivers on I-95 should expect lane closures between Exit 8 for Atlantic Street and Exit 10 for Noroton Avenue from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday, July 21, to Friday, Aug. 23.

Work includes bridge joint replacement on the Lockwood Avenue bridge and Hamilton Avenue bridge in Stamford, as well as the Brookside Drive bridge in Darien.
