The victim was crossing Westfield Avenue when she was struck near Locust Street by a 54-year-old Linden driver Friday night, Roselle Park Police Chief Daniel McCaffery said.

The Linden driver remained at the seen. No summonses had been issued as of Saturday.

The victim was taken to Newark's University Hospital.
