Comedian Susie Essman Comes To Ridgefield

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. – Susie Essman is taking to the Ridgefield Playhouse stage in a comedy show for mature audiences only Nov 2.

For nine years, Essman has played the sarcastic character Susie Greene on the HBO series “Curb Your Enthusiasm” created by Larry David.

Essman was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award in 2005 and 2009 as a cast member for “Curb Your Enthusiasm.”

Her standup comedy has been described as drawing heavily from her Jewish background, and in 2009 she published her book, “What Would Susie Say: Bullshit Wisdom About Love, Life and Comedy."
