STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Ferguson Library kicks off its monthlong celebration of Hispanic Heritage this weekend with a musical performance for the whole family on Sunday at 2:30 p.m.

Arturo and Barbara Martinez will perform music from Spain, with Arturo on guitar and Barbara on vocals, in the third floor auditorium in the main library.

The celebration continues on Sept. 21 at 11 a.m. with "Bilingual Storycraft." Children ages three-and-a-half to eight are invited to a special story time that will be in both English and Spanish.

Children will also make a craft to take home.

Finally, the library will host dramatic poetry reading from "La Tertulia" on Sept. 29 at 2 p.m. in the third floor auditorium in the main library.
