STAMFORD, Conn. — Bloomberg Television anchor Stephanie Ruhle will be coming to Stamford on Thursday as the featured speaker for “Women Empowering Women: Raise Your Glass with Stephanie Ruhle.”
Ruhle will be leading a panel discussion about leadership and empowerment among women, a news release said. Joining her on the panel will be Kimberly Scardino, senior vice president, controller – Americas, for American Express; Subha Barry, most recently senior vice president and chief diversity officer at Freddie Mac; and Erin Hill, the chief operating officer of the Legal & Compliance Department of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
In addition to being a television anchor Ruhle plays an active role in women’s leadership and business leader development, founding the Corporate Investment Bank Women’s Network, co-chaired the Women on Wall Street steering committee among other roles with organizations, her Bloomberg description said.
This will be the eighth annual Raise Your Glass, Raise Awareness event which will benefit the Center of Sexual Assault Crisis Counseling and Education.
The event will take place at the Hilton Stamford Hotel starting at 6 p.m. Tickets start at $50.
