Advanced Master Gardener Classes Offered At Stamford’s Bartlett Arboretum

STAMFORD, Conn. – The Bartlett Arboretum in Stamford is hosting a gardening master class on Sept. 30 from 1 to 3 p.m.

This lecture will provide easy-to-follow downsizing strategies for flower gardens and will recommend no-fuss plant material and design tips for year-round gardens.The lecture also includes information about organic and sustainable practices.

Author Kerry Ann Mendez, whose newest book, “The Right-Size Flower Garden,” will be released in February, is teaching this master class.

Fees are $50 for non-master gardeners and $40 for master gardeners. Registration deadline is Sept. 23. For more information, click here.
