The commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the 12-acre campus, the Advocate said.
UBS holds rights to the property until 2017, but staffing levels have reportedly been steadily decreasing at the Stamford location.
UBS officials declined comment to the Advocate.
