STAMFORD, Conn. – The Swiss bank UBS has placed its huge Stamford office building complex on the market for lease, indicating plans for the financial services giant to leave the city, according to The Stamford Advocate.
The commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the 12-acre campus, the Advocate said.
UBS holds rights to the property until 2017, but staffing levels have reportedly been steadily decreasing at the Stamford location.
UBS officials declined comment to the Advocate.
