The global energy brokerage and procurement management consulting firm will occupy the entire top floor with a large outdoor terrace at the 9-story, 202,000-square-foot office building in early 2016.
“The growth of our business over the past several years created an exciting opportunity to build a new office capable of supporting our ongoing expansion plans. We saw 9 West as a fresh cutting edge space in a revitalized location that offered everything we were seeking,” said Alan Kurzer, CEO of Tradition Energy.
Other tenants at the property include Star Gas, Tagetik, Transatlantic Reinsurance Company and Siena Lending Group, among others. Additional amenities at 9 West Broad Street include on-site security, property management, key card access and complimentary dedicated shuttle service between the property and the Stamford Transportation Center.
Tradition Energy was represented by Colliers International.
