“We are thrilled to work with Harbor Point to open this new store for pet owners in such a dynamic and vibrant community,” said Mitch Marrow, founder and co-chief executive officer of Spot. “Our staff is unmatched in the level of care provided for pets, and we are excited for the residents in Stamford to experience the innovative technology and high quality customer service that Spot prides itself on.”
All Spot personnel and dog handlers are insured and licensed before undergoing rigorous background checks, according to the company. Spot is also staffed by veterinary technicians and animal behaviorists with more than 50 hours of training in Spot’s proprietary Human Alpha Instinct Method.
