STAMFORD, Conn. — A new indoor trampoline park with a ninja course is an adrenaline-pumping way to spend an hour or two.
Tots, teens and young adults are finding found their way to Get Air in Stamford, a 30,000-square-foot facility tucked away in a corporate office park.
"Teenagers have been coming with friends, parents with their children, and parties are big," said General Manager Kevin Switek.
In addition to trampoline jumping, there are spaces to play dodgeball and basketball.
The facility is set up to keep 46 inches and taller separate from the smaller set of 46 inches and less.
Get Air in Stamford is a franchise, with 50 locations across the United States and in four countries.
But the one in Stamford is Connecticut’s first, said Switek.
"Safety is first," said Switek, who has a bachelor's in exercise science and a master's in sports business. He trains his staff, called "lifeguards," who supervise all the activity.
Get Air is located at 11 Riverbend Drive S., Stamford.
