Monre will report to the Security Specialists director of sales, Kimberly Kissell Rescigno. In her new role, Monroe will have primary responsibility for establishing long-term strategic relationships, providing partner and customer training, and accelerating the company’s “smart-growth” strategy within the residential and cybersecurity markets.

Monroe joined Security Specialists in 2013 as office manager. Since that time, she has served in a number of key operational and support roles, including spearheading the company’s new market initiatives within the cybersecurity arena.
Before joining Security Specialists, she served in a number of retail management and sales positions with Starbucks and Bluemercury. A lifelong resident of Fairfield County, she is a graduate of the King Low Heywood Thomas School in North Stamford and attended Denison University, majoring in psychology.
