Donaldson is vice president and product manager of export finance with Citi in its regional Stamford office. Her banking background includes more than 15 years of experience in global wealth management, fixed income management and financial services. She has a master’s degree from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va., and a bachelor’s degree in economics from New York University.
She and her family live in Bridgeport, where she is a volunteer who counsels young people who are struggling with debt.
Juan P. Medrano is financial center manager with Bank of America in Stamford. A native of Peru, he now lives in Stamford, where he has been involved with the Hispanic Advisory Council of Greater Stamford and the Stamford Hospital Community Health Needs Assessment advisory committee. Medrano has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of San Martin de Porres and an associate’s degree in general science from Norwalk Community College.
Founded in 1967 by the late Pat Marshall and other Stamford community advocates, New Neighborhoods has developed and preserved more than 600 units of affordable rental and ownership housing in Stamford, Danbury and Norwalk and has 200 units of housing in the pipeline in Bridgeport, Norwalk and Fairfield.
