STAMFORD, Conn. – The warehouse and office building at 316 Courtland Ave. in Stamford has been sold for $9.25 million, Matthew Keefe of HK Group recently announced.
The 116,000-square-foot building on 6-plus acres in eastern Stamford was bought by Baker Properties of Westchester, N.Y.
AT&T occupies 75,000 square feet of the building. Other tenants include Care of Trees and Planet Fitness. The property is within a minute’s drive of the four-way interchange of Exit 9 on Interstate 95.
The investment market has picked up significantly and should continue to be active as long as interest remains low, Keefe said.
