Stamford Man Takes Role With The Special Olympics

STAMFORD, Conn. — Stamford resident Jonathan Lese has been named vice president of corporate relations and special events for the Special Olympics Connecticut .

In his role, Lese will lead the organization’s fundraising and development efforts, a press release from the organization said. His responsibilities will include corporate partnerships, cause-marketing campaigns, and special events and corporate giving, the release said.

He has previously worked at PerkinElmer and as a partner at JFL Consulting, the release said.

Lese also serves on the Board of Directors for the Fairfield County Sports Commission . He has a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from the University of Vermont and a master’s degree in business and marketing from the University of Denver.
