Stamford Man Takes Role With The Special Olympics

STAMFORD, Conn. — Stamford resident Jonathan Lese has been named vice president of corporate relations and special events for the Special Olympics Connecticut.

In his role, Lese will lead the organization’s fundraising and development efforts, a press release from the organization said. His responsibilities will include corporate partnerships, cause-marketing campaigns, and special events and corporate giving, the release said.

He has previously worked at PerkinElmer and as a partner at JFL Consulting, the release said.

Lese also serves on the Board of Directors for the Fairfield County Sports Commission. He has a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from the University of Vermont and a master’s degree in business and marketing from the University of Denver.
