Stamford-Based Tagetik Appoints New Chief Marketing Officer

STAMFORD, Conn. -- Stamford-based Tagetik, a provider of global performance management software, recently appointed Dave Kasabian to the role of chief marketing officer.

Kasabian joined Tagetik in 2011 as vice president of global product marketing before becoming the company’s senior vice president of product marketing and strategy. For the last year, Kasabian has also served as acting general manager of Tagetik North America, leading the division to record results.

“My goal is to increase global awareness of our unique value proposition to finance organizations, especially as a cloud-based Financial Performance Platform," Kasabian said in a statement. "I am honored to have the opportunity to lead our marketing organization during this exciting time.”

Kasabian has more than 20 years of experience in the business intelligence, business analytics and performance management software markets including management, marketing, and strategic roles at several leading software vendors including AMR Research (now Gartner), Cartesis (now SAP) and Hyperion Solutions (now Oracle).
