Carello’s practice embraces a broad range of business representation with an emphasis on commercial real estate leasing, business dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and corporate governance.

He graduated from University of Connecticut School of Law with high honors. While at law school, he served as a notes and comments editor of the Connecticut Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board. He earned his undergraduate degree in business administration, magna cum laude, also from the University of Connecticut.

Prior to joining Wofsey, Rosen, Kweskin & Kuriansky, Carello chaired the corporate department of Rucci, Burnham, Carta & Carello. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut and New York.

“The founders of our firm believed strongly that each client was entitled to loyalty and skill. They also believed that it was just as important to ‘do good’ as to ‘do well,’ said Steven Frederick, one of the partners of the firm. “Bill Carello clearly embodies the core values of our founders, the same values our firm embraces today. We are thrilled to have him become a partner on our team.”

Carello is a former co-chair of the business law section of the Fairfield County Bar Association. He is a two-term past president of the Darien Chamber of Commerce and has served on its board of directors. In the past 100 years, Wofsey, Rosen, Kweskin & Kuriansky has built a law firm of experienced practitioners in many fields of law. The firm has an ancillary office in New Canaan.
