The 4,000-square-foot facility will offer various in-house services, including cage-free day care, personalized walking and grooming, and retail products. The facility also features special flooring designed to protect dogs’ joints. Pet owners can keep in touch with their pets through 24/7 web-cam access.
Stamford residents can receive a waived annual membership when they register for Spot’s 24/7 fully staffed, cage-less boarding experience. Space is limited

All Spot personnel and dog handlers are insured and licensed before undergoing rigorous background checks, according to the company. Spot is also staffed by veterinary technicians and animal behaviorists with more than 50 hours of training in Spot’s proprietary Human Alpha Instinct Method.
Spot has partnered with residential developers such as Silverstein Properties, LeFrak, Argo and Rockrose. It has also collaborated with the airline and hospitality industries through the Spot Travel division.
