STAMFORD, Conn. - Robin and Jeffrey Selden of Marcia Selden Catering and Event Planning in Stamford will present three workshops at the 22nd annual Catersource and Event Solutions Conference & Tradeshow in Las Vegas.
The premier industry event takes place March 23 to March 26 at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Las Vegas Convention Center. Thousands of catering and event professionals from all 50 states and more than 30 countries will gather for the annual event.
The annual Conference & Tradeshow has a history as an invaluable educational opportunity for caterers and event planners, with speakers and nonstop networking, along with friendly competition and engaging parties.
“We were thrilled to win East Region Best Caterer of 2013 last year, and are looking forward to coming back this year to present three classes.” says Robin Selden, executive chef and managing partner at Marcia Selden Catering.
She will be teaching a class with two other professional female chefs called, “3 Women Catering Chefs Whisk Up a Trio of Dinner Party Menus” alongside Karen O’Connor of Toronto and Elgin Woodman, of Miami.
A brother and sister team, Jeffrey and Robin Selden will also be teaching two classes together on “Best Day of our Lives, Creating Unique, Customized Weddings” and “Orchestrating the Perfectly Organized Event.” No stranger to the wedding and catering world, the Seldens have won Best Caterer from Moffly Media’s Best of the Gold Coast six years running, and recently won Caterer of the Year from the Connecticut Restaurant Association.
