Head to Hoodoo Brown in Ridgefield where, on Tuesday, July 11, the two-year-old barbecue mecca will be celebrating its food fortunes with a viewing party of "Man Fire Food" -- and yes, some complimentary bites.
The show, which airs on the Cooking Channel at 9 p.m., will feature the talents of Owners Cody Sperry and Chris Sexton as well as the restaurant's “Bloody Trinity,” a Bloody Mary concoction topped with smoked meat.
The show's episode, after all, is focused on the theme, "Monster Meat."
